Peter Agnello grew up in Kansas City, attended Rockhurst High School, and recently graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management. As a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity, Peter actively participated in several philanthropy events. He started as an intern at Peak, where he gathered valuable insights into the commercial brokerage world and assisted with research, such as developing tenant stacking lists.

Peter developed a passion for real estate development after witnessing the explosive growth of his hometown, Kansas City, with numerous construction projects. He aims to leverage his enthusiasm for real estate, strong work ethic, and management skills to establish a successful career in the commercial brokerage market as an associate at Peak

Mark grew up in Leawood, KS, and attended Shawnee Mission East High School and then Kansas University. He and his wife reside in Leawood, KS with their three kids. Youth sports take up most of his family’s time these days with all three kids actively involved in soccer, baseball, tennis, and golf but in his free time he enjoys playing golf, spending time at Lake Lotawana, and traveling.

Mark was a founding member of Peak Real Estate Partners in 2023 after spending 15 years at Colliers International Kansas City where he specialized in retail brokerage, development, and investment sales. He currently represents tenants (First Watch, Pacific Dental, Scooters, etc.) throughout the Midwest and focuses on retail investment sales and acquisitions. He also co-founded Peak Equities in 2020 which is the acquisition arm of Peak Real Estate Partners. Peak Equities acquires and then manages commercial properties across several states.

William is a Kansas City native and attended Pembroke Hill and the University of Kansas where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance.  He began his professional career with Bank of Prairie Village where he served as the Assistant Vice President of Lending.   After spending 4 years with the Bank, William moved to Dallas, TX to earn his MBA from Southern Methodist University.

William joined Peak in 2023 after three years as a commercial real estate broker with Newmark Zimmer where he specialized in both Buyer and Seller representation.  Most recently he has represented the Homefield Development in KCK as well as the effort to get the Kansas City Royals to a new home in North Kansas City.

William and his fiancé (Alex) reside in Mission Hills, KS with their dog Katy.   William and Alex enjoy traveling, golf, and all Kansas City and KU sports.

Kevin grew up in Kansas City, MO, and attended Rockhurst High School and then the University of Kansas where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, as well as a Master’s in Accountancy. Additionally, he earned a certified public accounting license in 2016. He began his career with KPMG in the Dallas, TX office working as an auditor on the financial services team. Kevin worked for KPMG for 2.5 years auditing financial institutions. In 2018, he relocated back to Kansas City to shift his career into brokerage work, joining the Colliers Multifamily Investment Services Group. In 2021 Kevin went to work with Berkadia in the Kansas City office specializing in the representation of sellers of multifamily investment properties.

Kevin joined Peak Real Estate Partners in 2023 where he specializes in providing extensive advisory services and representation to clients in the disposition, management and acquisitions of multifamily investment properties.

Kevin lives in Kansas City with his wife Grace. In his free time Kevin enjoys the great outdoors, hunting and fishing with his two pointing labs Kelsey and Kimber.

Wyatt grew up in Leawood, KS, attended Kansas City Christian High School and from there went on to attend the University of Kansas. Upon graduation, he began his career at American Properties and Facilities Management where he served as a regional manager. In this role, he managed commercial property maintenance throughout Kansas City, Wichita, St. Louis, and Oklahoma City. Successfully managing employees, service providers, and client relationships.

Wyatt joins Peak Real Estate Partners as an associate focusing on retail commercial brokerage. He plans to use his work ethic and persistent pursuit to build his book of business. Aiming to provide the best possible service to his clients through consistent communication, always being available, and industry knowledge.

Wyatt resides in Prairie Village, KS where most of his free time is spent with friends and family. He enjoys traveling, concerts, and cheering on the Chiefs, Royals, and Jayhawks.

Hank grew up in Kansas City, attended Shawnee Mission East High School and from there went on to play golf for Kansas State University. He now resides in Brookside, MO with his wife Mary and their black lab Charlie. Hank enjoys continuing to grow his passion for the game of golf as it offers him a great lifelong connection point to many of his friends, colleagues, and clients. Hank and his wife are avid travelers and when they are home enjoy hosting friends and family.

Hank joins Peak as a partner after spending seven years at AREA Real Estate Advisors where he specialized in both Tenant and Landlord Representation within the office space sector. He looks forward to continuing to offer these same services at PEAK and has a strong sense for how to help businesses navigate the challenges of the changing office environment. Hank has built his book on relentless outreach, returning calls in a timely fashion and leaving no email unanswered. He works under the mindset that no matter the size of the deal they all require and deserve the same attention from a service standpoint. Hank is open to help an individual find a single office or working with companies to help find their next headquarters. He looks forward to growing his portfolio at PEAK and helping clients to identify the best possible office space solution for them to be successful.

Ross grew up in Kansas City, attended DePauw University and now resides in Prairie Village. Ross and his wife, Paige, enjoy time with their daughter, Elbe Love and Labrador retriever, Spooney. Ross is an avid outdoorsman, arts supporter (with Paige), and basketball fan.

Ross helped form Peak in 2023 after 13 years as a commercial real estate broker with Colliers.  He specializes in advising companies and owners with commercial real estate leasing and solutions throughout Kansas City and the United States. Ross develops new business and creates real estate strategies to help his clients cut costs and increase revenues through strategic lease structure and negotiation and financial analysis. He and his brother, Hank Simpson, look forward to growing the company’s office tenant and owner representation team both locally and nationally. Ross is also excited to provide his clients and colleagues with the opportunity to work alongside his partners to invest in real estate.

Kimberly grew up in Oklahoma City and attended Vanderbilt University. A job at Marion Laboratories brought her to Kansas City where she met her husband, Monty. Kimberly and Monty have three sons, Ben, William, and Andrew. They are a huge sports family and love supporting K-State, the Chiefs and Royals.

Kimberly began her real estate career in development with Greenleaf Properties. Kimberly moved to Colliers in 2008 where she worked in retail brokerage for 15 years. Kimberly joined Peak Real Estate Partners in 2023. She is licensed in Missouri and Kansas and focuses on representing both local and institutional owners in the leasing and sales of shopping centers. She also helps tenants and buyers find superior locations for their business. Kimberly uses her knowledge of the market and relationships in the brokerage community to negotiate the best outcome for her clients.

In her free time, Kimberly enjoys playing pickleball, entertaining friends and family, and traveling.

Mike grew up in Lincoln, NE, and attended the University of Nebraska where he earned a bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics. He began his career with Midland Loan Services working with their CMBS and CDO teams and then moved to KeyBank to work on their CMBS underwriting teams. During his time at KeyBank, he completed his MBA at the University of Kansas. Upon completion of his MBA, he moved to Dallas, TX with KeyBank to help start their Multifamily Capital Markets originations group. In 2012, he relocated back to Kansas City to shift his career into brokerage work, joining the Colliers Investment Services Group.
